Oven-Fried Fish Recipe

Tuna Fish Salad on Pineapple Rings – Recipe

This recipe comes from the 1938 edition of The Mazola Salad Bowl.
1 (13 oz.) can tuna fish
1 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons minced green pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 tablespoon salt
6 tablespoons mayoneaise

This recipe is from the Storz Brewing Company Cookbook, published in 1956.  This is a nice cookbook published by the now defunct Storz Brewing Company.
