How to Enjoy Speed Cooking

Oct 26th, 2009 by admin | 8

speed_cookingHow to Enjoy Speed Cooking with your new General Electric Automatic Electric Range.  While this cookbook does not show a publication date, from the illustration style, and electric ranges listed in the booklet, I’m guessing it was from 1949 or thereabouts.

I am guessing this booklet came with one on of the GE electric ranges listed in it since it seems to be an owners manual as well as a cookbook.  Aside from the owners manual info (which is cool too), this booklet contains a good number of recipes, as well as some cool illustrations, fonts, and food photos.

All in all a very cool little vintage cookbook worthy of most collections.
